STRATEGIC PLAN OF ACEDE-SPANISH ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT 2021-2024
(Approved by the Board Meeting held on 27th November, 2020)
Main areas of action and strategic objectives:
1.- Internationalization: to promote and strengthen both the international presence of ACEDE-Spanish Academy of Management and collaborative relationships with other international scholarly associations.
2.- National external relations: to establish cooperative relationships with other domestic scholarly associations and institutions.
3.- Members: to increase the number of members and their loyalty both across the institutions and geographical areas that are currently more closely linked to the Association and, especially, those with a less traditional presence.
4.- Governance structure: to strengthen the role of the Board, energize its actions, and develop protocols in order to formalize some aspects of its operations.
5.- Operational structure: to make the management of the different activities more agile and participatory, as well as to professionalize the administrative management as much as possible.
6. (Annual) Conference: to promote the Conference as an international reference in the fields of Business Administration and Management, and attract academics from different countries.
7. BRQ-Business Research Quarterly: to position BRQ as a reference journal for researchers in the fields of Business Administration and Management where they can publish their best works.
8. Institutional and web communication: to publicize and make more visible the Association, its activities, and brands.
