About Us

The Human Resources section was created in 2008 to promote scientific research and teaching in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behaviour and Management Skills. Since 2009, it has organised annual workshops aimed at discussing and analysing issues related to people management in the business field.

Specifically, the section aims to promote:

1. Research activity, creating research networks and disseminating quality academic production.

2. The training and professional development of lecturers through the design and dissemination of teaching resources.

3. Collaboration between researchers, academics and professionals through the creation of spaces for the exchange and transfer of knowledge.
