The objective of the Research and Internationalization Committee is to strengthen and invigorate research in entrepreneurship within the Section, promoting continuous training, methodological excellence, scientific collaboration, and the generation, dissemination, and shared use of knowledge, data, and publication opportunities, with special attention to the development of the research community and support for researchers at different stages of their careers.
The training and enrichment of the section's members in the field of research is addressed through the organization of seminars, workshops, and special tracks at conferences promoted by the Commission itself.
In addition, it is preparing the following initiatives:
1. Development of an internal research platform that compiles relevant information on the lines of research and scientific production of the members of the ACEDE entrepreneurship section. This platform aims to facilitate the identification of researchers, encourage interaction, and promote collaborations on research topics.
Collaborators: Sara Enrique, Cristina Pérez Pérez, Marcos Antón Tejón, Ana Pérez-Luño, and Adriana Pérez Encinas.
2. Identification and systematic dissemination of Special Issues and edited books relevant to the field of entrepreneurship, with the aim of facilitating publication opportunities and strengthening the visibility of the section's research community.
Collaborators: Sebastián Aparicio, Ana Pérez-Luño, Víctor Martín Sánchez, and Tatiana López.
3. Creation of an open data repository on university entrepreneurship, which will include surveys, institutional indicators, and data related to spin-offs, in order to facilitate empirical research and promote data sharing within the academic community.
Collaborators: Cristina Pérez Pérez, Ana Pérez-Luño, Sara Arbelo Pérez, Adriana Pérez Encinas, and Tatiana López.
