XVIII Working Sessions of the Human Resources Section
The conference will be held at Rey Juan Carlos University on January 29 and 30, 2026. The main focus of this meeting is to explore new configurations and challenges in human resources management, offering a platform for presenting research, sharing teaching experiences, and engaging in dialogue between academics and industry professionals.

16.00-19.00h: Meet the editors and Paper Development Workshop with Joaquín Alegre Vidal (UV) and Álvaro López Cabrales (UPO) leading the way.
January 30
9:30-11:30 a.m.: Teaching experiences and educational innovation
12:00-13:30: University-business round table discussion moderated by Eva Rimbau Gilabert (UOC)
