ECN-ACEDE/HR Section Research Ideas Seminar in HR
On Wednesday, April 15th, starting at 10:00 AM (CEST), the Research Ideas Seminar in HR, organized by the Human Resources Section together with ECN-ACEDE , will be held.

-Submission of works: deadline extended to March 30, 2026
- Length: between 2,500 and 3,000 words (including tables and references).
- Structure : (1) Research motivation and objective; (2) Methodology; (3) Results (or expected results); (4) Contributions (or expected contributions )

Aim
This seminar will offer a general overview of the earliest stages of academic life (pre- and postdoctoral). It will also create a space for joint reflection on the enduring values that should guide a good academic throughout their life. Therefore, the aim is to foster a space for learning , exchange , and collaboration where ECN-ACEDE members can:
- Sharing works in development and HR research ideas
- Receive constructive feedback and detailed guidance from senior researchers.
- To compare theoretical approaches and resolve methodological doubts .
- Obtain tools and recommendations to develop a solid academic career , including an orientation talk by Pilar Velasco, professor at the University of Valladolid.
