Title : "Erasmus+ KA220 Projects: From Idea to Institutional Impact"
Speaker : Prof. Miguel Pérez Valls (University of Almería)
Date : January 20th at 4:30 pm.
Content : Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships (KA220) are the program's main instrument for promoting collaborative projects focused on innovation and educational improvement. In this webinar, aimed at university faculty, we will present the key aspects of the KA220 call for proposals in a clear and practical way: objectives and priorities, project types, who can participate and under what conditions, as well as the elements that typically determine the quality of a proposal (design coherence, European added value, quality of the consortium, impact, and work plan).
The session will cover the complete proposal cycle, from identifying an idea aligned with Erasmus+ priorities and forming the consortium, to the project structure (work packages, results, dissemination, and evaluation), budget preparation, and basic management aspects. Lessons learned and examples from experiences developed at the University of Almería will also be shared, with particular attention to how to translate a teaching or institutional need into a robust and evaluable project design.
We will have the participation of SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education), which will offer an overview of the call for proposals, useful guidance for applicants, and the trends shaping the evolution of the Erasmus+ program. We will conclude with a section on common challenges (consortium formation, realistic planning, task allocation, monitoring, and reporting) and practical recommendations for anticipating them.
The webinar will be free for ACEDE members. Those interested who are not members of the association must transfer €150 before January 15th to account number ES48 0049 6704 5026 90231374 (reference: Thesis Directors Webinar). It is essential to send proof of payment to acede@ccee.ucm.es
