In this webinar, aimed at university professors, we will learn how to design and coordinate KA220 projects in a practical way, from consortium creation to day-to-day management. Experiences developed at the University of Almería will be presented, illustrating the benefits for researchers, coordinators, and institutions: scientific publications, methodological innovation, synergy generation, and strengthening academic leadership. In addition, we will have the presence of SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalization of Education), which will present the current possibilities and future prospects of the Erasmus+ program. The session will also address the most common challenges, offering keys and advice to successfully anticipate them.
