ECN-ACEDE Workshop “Adults, games and learning: Should we gamify?”

In this course we will delve into gamification as an effective strategy for adult learning, as it takes advantage of the power of games to motivate, engage, train skills and facilitate the learning process. Through gamification, we can address some of the main problems of current education linked to the lack of commitment and motivation of students. During the workshop we will see that there is an improvement in different academic processes and factors, such as attitudinal, psychosocial and performance of the people participating in gamified training and, in addition, we will learn the aspects to take into account to transfer this type of activity to the classroom.
