The division of Finance of the Scientific Association of Business Management was created in 2016.
The objective of the division is to promote the research and teaching in Finance, among others, in the following fields: corporate finance, investment, banking, sustainable finance, behavioral finance, international finance and corporate governance.
Since 2016 the division organizes a year workshop on Finance. It is a seminar in which, in addition to presenting and discussing papers on financial topics, there are other sessions about interesting issues for professors, researchers and practitioners on teaching and research in finance. The members of the division also gather every year in the pre-conference meeting to share their experience and to set some guidelines for the division.
The division is pleased to welcome new proposals to improve future collaboration and to increase our visibility. Thus, we invite all interested people to contact us to propose new ideas. The President and the Secretary of the division can be contacted at:
