XV ACEDEDOT WORKSHOP 2024 – OMTECH WORKSHOP 2024 – UNIVERSITY OF JAÉN, LINARES SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL CAMPUS, LINARES (JAÉN)
The management team of the Operations and Technology Management section of ACEDEDOT informs that the XV Wokshop ACEDEDOT 2024 - OMtech Workshop 2024 - of the section will be held on March 14, 15 and 16, 2024 at the University of Jaén, in the Scientific and Technological Campus of Linares.
The Operations and Technology Management Section of the Scientific Association of Economics and Business Management (ACEDEDOT) and the Department of Business Organization, Marketing and Sociology of the University of Jaén organize the aforementioned workshop that will take place at the University of Jaén , Higher Polytechnic School of Linares (Linares, Jaén), under the motto
"The Management of Operations and Technology in the new economic and social context ." The Workshop pursues the objective of bringing together researchers and teachers in the area of Operations and Technology, to establish a work environment and a forum for academic and research discussion, promoting the exchange of experiences and ideas.
The works will preferably deal with innovative teaching techniques, teaching or research methodologies or practical workshops for teaching Operations Management, and must adjust to one of the topics related to Operations Management or Innovation Management, among others:
- Production and Operations Management
- Supply Chain and Logistics Management
- Quality management·
- Innovation Management Information and Communication Technologies
- Environmental management
The Workshop is useful for sharing experiences on teaching methodologies in the field of Operations Management: Traditional techniques, Flipped Classroom (reverse class), Gamification, Design Thinking, Action Research, Blended-Learning, MOOC, Mobile Learning, use of Apps, Adaptive learning, etc.
The Workshop will include sessions for the presentation of academic and research works, will be attended by business representatives and the traditional visit to a company in the sector.
Registration at a reduced price (175 euros) is open from November 13, 2023 to February 25, 2024.
